 The Ānuenue Lei

1.  Ch 30, turn slst in each ch. 
2. Ch1. 4sc in last ch-sp the you did a slst through. 
3. (Ch5, without turning sc in the begining stitch creating a wide loop.  Sc the next 3 sc (4 sc total) 
4. Ch 1, 10 dc in the ch5-loop. Ch1. 
5. Sc4 across.)  *
6.  Repeat  Steps 3-5 to desired length.  
7. Turn, ch1. Sc2tog twice.
8. Ch30, slst back to first sc.
